WHAT CCCA CAN PROVIDE FOR YOUR CHILD
Community Child Care Associates provides on site after school programs for students enrolled in grades 5K through 5th at H. B. Rhame, Pine Grove, and W. S. Sandel Elementary Schools. Community Child Care Associates has been in operation since 1991. CCCA is a non-profit affiliate of Adlerian Child Care Centers, Inc. which has been providing child development programs in the Columbia, SC area since 1974. The programs are locally owned and operated by Francis X. Walton, Ph.D. and Cindy Walton-McCawley, M.Ed. The centers are known nationally as models for excellence in child care.

In a structured program students are given time to complete their homework with teacher assistance. Art, craft, science, math, language arts, drama and music activities are planned around monthly themes. Athletic activities such as soccer, basketball, kickball, and other outside games are planned daily and led by teachers. Children are encouraged to participate in daily activities and lend a hand in planning future activities through classroom meetings. A friendly and democratic atmosphere paves the way for students to develop the skills of cooperation and responsibility.

Weekly Tuition Rates
Full lunch student: $50.00 per child
Free/Reduced lunch student: $45.00 per child
*Discounts for families with 2 or more children enrolled.

On school holidays and in-service days, Community Child Care Associates
provides full day care at nearby Adlerian Child Care Centers for an additional fee.
